1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ChatG, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Your use of ChatG is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the app, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ChatG for personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or reproduce the app or its content without our written consent.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use ChatG.
• You agree not to use ChatG for any unlawful or harmful purposes, including but not limited to distributing offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to ChatG, including its content, design, and underlying algorithms, are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ChatG.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of ChatG after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to ChatG at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Location].

11. Auto Renewing Subscriptions

• Subscribed users have unlimited access to the app translation services, including speech-to-text recognition, translation, and text-to-speech.
• Unsubscribed users can only use those services with a limited quota per day.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

12. General Prohibitions

You agree not to do—or attempt to do—any of the following:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any ChatG system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of ChatG, ChatG’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of ChatG’s providers;
• Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide ChatG;
• Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing ChatG;
• Access or search ChatG or download any intellectual property from ChatG through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;
• Plant malware or use ChatG to distribute malware;
• Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements, or spam;
• Send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
• Post or transmit anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes on others’ rights;
• Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Violate the privacy of others;
• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Encourage or enable any other individual to do any of the above.

We reserve the right to monitor and investigate violations of these Terms. We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting violators.

13. DMCA/Copyright Policy

We respect copyright law and expect you to do the same. It’s our policy to terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe or are believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders.
